When a disease whose symptoms include immortality breaks out in Johannesburg, misanthropic Aster Good sees this as a chance to escape from humanity. Unfortunately Aster is a) in the UK and b) struggling to deal with her trio of crushes on an insect woman, her childhood friend, and a shy (but vengeful) computer scientist.
